While the focus of the site I found is about the Working Woman, the tips in this post are very much on target and on point when it comes to working at home for man or woman.
In many ways they mirror what I've told my own staff for the past few years, but I've yet to find anything as concise and so well presented.
Bottom line, if you work at home, it is work. Don't view it as "play" or a "staycation." If you housemates don't think of it as work, you're dead from the get go, so establish the right boundaries and make it a "workplace" not a playground.
Great information here! I am going to see if I can find more work by you. Side note on Teleworking topic: the best resource for teleworking (web conferencing) tools is the top ten report on http://www.webconferencingcouncil.com. They have a whitepaper you can download on the left handside for top ten vendors in 2009, which is REALLY helpful in sorting out the top vendors. Their top vendor listed in the whitepaper is VIA3 from www.viack.com
