Ken Rutkowski passed this link on to me about a customer from Verizon who has a billing problem between what he was quoted and what he was billed.
It's very laughable.

This is entertaining and maddening at the same time. It shocked my sense of logic so much that I emailed Verizon's customer support, and got a response that seemed to indicate they recognized the problem and are now quoting the proper amount.
