Rogers is currently offering its "Rocket" USB stick service (www.rogers.com/rocket) over its 3.5G HSPA (7.2 Mbps) network across Canada at no charge for the device provided you commit to one year at a minimum $25 per month for 500 MB. Pricing is on a flex rate basis maxing out at $80 for 5GB but also with warnings and a $100 max guarantee. The service has been available for a few months; the offer mentioned is recent.
