While Quest and SkyWi may have a dispute over money, the customers of SkyWi likely paid their bills. To leave them stranded, without an option was shortsighted, and the New Mexico regulators had to step in. Thankfully.
Now if only the N.M. regulators would step in and require Qwest to provide service to those in the state who have NO landline service! I and my immediate neighbors are among them and we've been waiting for more than a year while Qwest makes one excuse after another. Anybody up in Denver ever hear of universal service??
