My trip to IT Expo will be very short. I'll be there just today, and had to quickly recruit a replacement for my panel that I was moderating tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to seeing as many friends as possible today and tonight, as IT Expo should be a solid event for those who care about VoIP and Call Centers that are IP centric. I'm especially looking forward to catching up with Rich Tehrani and Tom Keating, both of whom share a very common passion with me about tech gadgets and what's new and shiny. Rich is also a road warrior so sharing tips is always a fun chat.
The industry needs to be supportive of events like IT Expo and by showing up and participating, you lend your support.
