VoIP Mobile Coming to Japan

I've been hearing rumblings for some time out of the land of the rising sun that a VoIP phone with mobile capabilities is coming to a carrier. The rumor mill being what it is has Jajah supplying the underlying core technology to make it possible to happen in Japan.

Anyone for sushi?
