It is incredible to me that, beyond the fact there might be abuse (just check www.skype.com.my) this is the best Skype's legal dept can come out with. They don't even bother
on checking the person or the intended use first, they just 'shoot them all', so naive.

The answer is clearly not to kill down all the right uses of the name, which is now clearly a **generic** (I mean, how do you call a software that does IP telephony from your pc anyway?)

This and other similar attitudes are clearly saying that Skype has lost what made them big in the first time: direction and a brain.
