When I was in London a very well connected telecom executive I know shared a tale of woe about the lack of support he's finding with problems associated to Skype and his account. It seems his Skype In numbers just "vanished."
While we were chatting he pointed me to a series of similar comments inside the Skype user forums. Now it seems VoIPGirl is reporting what at first I thought were random issues, but it seems to have become more of a pattern.
Honestly, I'm a tad surprised, as eBay is extremely customer focused and supportive of their user base. Maybe I'm being too hopeful that the eBay philosophies will have spread so soon, but the lack of support won't cut it for the paid service. Maybe for "free" but once do-re-me passes between parties it HAS TO BE THERE and fast.
