I call this old news if you've read my blog for a few weeks at the very least. Still I'm very happy to see that the MSM is picking up on the story for you see back in February I penned this piece.
We in the blogosphere are often maligned for not being real journalists, or even given the same regard as analysts for our skills at deducing matters. Without being egotistical my post was 36 days ahead of that story. News is made everywhere, but the blogosphere is where the acceleration begins. Those of us who know how to be journalists have an edge, but it's not just getting a press release or a product and writing about it that makes a journalist, it's what's behind the story that matters and then how the story is told.
Many of us in the blogosphere are story tellers. That's the art that blogging is recreating. I'm happy that others like the stories we write and then go on and tell them again, days, weeks, months later. It shows where the imagination is alive and well.
