It's clear to me that BellCanada lives in the telco world circa 1980.
After reading Mark Evans post about how Bell Canada screwed the pooch and decided to wipe out a no-frills low end cell and VoIP play it's clear that the same kind of thinking that was evident in the music industry on the subject of downloaded music is alive and well in Bell Canada (and elsewhere.)
What's ironic is if the carriers rolled out the kinds of services that the startups create most people would never go elsewhere for additional services.
