I'm fully in agreement that the current baseline offerings from cable and DSL providers in the USA provides what is best subsistence level Broadband.
I know, many people aren't power users who are taking advantage of what IP has to offer, but those early adopters like me, and anyone else who knows how to download, stream, upload, share, talk, collaborate, use whiteboards, and who would rather not leave our homes has a outright need for more bandwidth, and we shouldn't have to buy our own T-1 at $600 a month.
