Vonage S-1 Almost Ready???

I hear the ink may almost be dry on the SEC filing for Vonage. No real details but someone close to the scene whispered in my ear today that the New Jersey company may be nearing that stage.

That *might* really explain their pull out from VON Canada as they would be in the quiet period.
