A very exhaustive story in today's New York Times appeared all about the Baby Bells planned foray into Television, just at the time the MSO's are making heavy moves into telephone service.
Brian Roberts of Comcast says that the Bells have "many hurdles - financial, technical and cultural - to make a serious dent in his business."
I say this is the time to be a broadband service provider. For companies like Level3 and Sprint the cable guys will keep migrating towards them, and away from AT&T/SBC, Verizon/MCI. Why? Because they don't want to feed their competition unless....you start to see some very interesting combos.
