British Telecom which has to play major catch-up in the VoIP game and next gen network world has identified where their 21CN starts. I'm guessing Martin or James will have some commentary and insight as they're right in the middle of all that in the UK.
The Ovum report seems to indicate BT has some challenges which are no different than what SBC and Verizon had here in the USA before their acquisitions start to take hold.
