Skype Not Forthcoming?

I didn't say it. Leo did.

I thought it, and Leo got me really thinking. Skype is thinking already they're Microsoft when it comes to bug fixes, i.e. they are just fixing them with an update, and not saying anything about it themselves.

If they are going to be as aggressive with news and announcements, they need to be as aggressive with their admissions. In today's era of the blogosphere, a misstep, if not handled correctly can be huge news.

I actually respect the team working on Skype's PR, so they get some slack from me for now. That's why I'll give them enough rosome slack.......and hope they win the internal battle about getting the word out on things like this, rather than just hoping the world doesn't notice.

You're a kind man Andy :) - Giving them slack! - I just hope we don't see security holes in the new phones handsets which have been proposed (KenRadio a few days back).
