Enterprise Still Moving Towards VoIP

A Goldman Sachs report continues to show that the enterprise market plans to continue to move towards VoIP deployments.

In my book VoIP in business is no longer an "IF", but is now a "WHEN" which spells good news for the IP carriers like AT&T, Level3 and others.

why doesnt ATT just buy Level3 or Level3 just BUY ATT and get it over with???????
