But will the h6135 be able to make and receive VoIP calls in a WiFi environment? While the capability with a softphone is there, the big question is are the carriers ready to let that happen.
Reports are the carriers have been discussing this with both the handset manufacturers and switch builders.
I for one want to be able to go from GSM/GPRS to WiFi, with authentication, without authentication other than WEP, in a free WiFi environment (i.e. home, office, campus, free WiFi, etc.). I want to carry less, have more capability. And, I also want my cell phone unlocked.
