A site launched by a well placed VoIP network watcher went up over the weekend. According to a note from the founder, Level3 is building out a VoIP plant for Ford Motor Company, and their "Do Not Dig" signs are going up all along the Longmont Diagonal, near the IBM facilities near Boulder Colorado. Does that give anyone any ideas what Level3 is up to? They are clearly going after all the corporate business they can, and at the same time, letting resellers call on the SME and SOHO customers.
