In our area the local phone company has a monopoly and by switching to Vonage for both our businesses and home we saved almost 75% on our phone costs. In fact, at home, we don't even have a traditional phone line any more, only VoIP. When we contacted the phone company about getting into an unlimited deal they said they had plans "someday" of doing that. So cost is a viable selling point in some areas where the choices are limited.</p>
