Introducing Primus

The Ottawa Business Journal has brought to light that Primus is now live in Canada. While it's a company that is similar to Vonage in scope, they require at present, a static IP address. That will hurt them when it comes to the USA market, as most of the broadband ISPs seem to be dynamic.
