Okay, now I see they sampled 3,300 households. This is out of what, probably 10 million Internet households (conservative estimate) or 0.03%?

When this study says "all," shouldn't it mean all? Or is this like the Nielsen's? In reality how many "Internet households" were questioned, more importantly, why wasn't I asked? What am I, chopped liver?
