Totally agree. This is a niche market - an interesting one, no doubt - but they are going too far with their marketing. And I don't think their limits will hold. They are already backtracking, and I think that will continue. And if they have to drop the idea of kicking people off for overuse, what happens to their business model?

Great points. This is $5 cheaper than my Virgin Mobile plan which offers 300 talk minutes, unlimited cell data, and unlimited cell messaging plus WiFi, of course. They support the same phone and also ride on Sprint's 3G network. Looks to me like it's about double the price it ought to be for the minimal cell usage they provide. 300 megs of data is about 20 minutes of Netflix streaming... per month. Crazy!
