Rebtel provides user a valuable service. Cheap calls. But it isn't VoIP.
Now it's available in the Apple iPhone App Store.
Basically what the new app does is call set up. This is not really different than GoogleVoice's ability to do the same thing, other than it's in the App Store.

At one point Apple claimed that GV "modified" iPhone user experience, whatever that means. Is it possible that Rebtel doesn't do that?
