Media 5, a Quebec based company, is planning on releasing a SIP based client for the Apple iPhone via the App store in July.
I was tipped off to this via About.com's Nadeem Unuth.

iPico, MailVision's SIP Client for iPhone and iPod touch is ready on the App Store.

MailVision Ltd ( www.mailvision.com ) was demoing its SIP client for mobile devices last Thursday ( May 21 ) at the HD VoIP Summit in NY.
MailVision has SIP clients for Nokia ( Symbian ), Windows Mobile, iPhone / iPod Touch and PC.
At the summit, MailVision shows the new versions that are HD enabled running Wide Band codecs.
MailVision's SIP Client for iPhone / iPod touch will be available on the App Store in a few weeks.
SIP Clients for Nokia will be available on the Ovi Store at Summer time.
