No More Pay As You Go Data for Verizon

In a move that is counter to how the rest of the mobile world is moving with data plans, Verizon Wireless is going to be eliminating their Pay As You Go Data plans effective November 14, according to the always on the ball Boy Genius Report.

My guess is this is also the date the new Blackberry Storm will become available and that the new rates are designed to make it easier to forcast revenues and determine bandwidth traffic and user consumption levels more easily.
