    Fiat Likes Sitofono

Pal Luca's company Sitofono landed a big contract with Italian automaker FIAT (aka 'Fix It Again Tony' here in the USA for their shoddy maintenance reputation for many years) to power their web site to migrate people from email to an actual real time voice interaction.

The same type of approach is being used by JumpForward, a college recruiting enabling site. They're using the services of client ifByPhone to help with managing the herculean task college coaches and recruiters have to live with based upon the rules of the NCAA when dealing with the college bound student-athlete.

As time goes on, these mashups of web site and phone service will become very much a part of most web interactions. Adding rudimentary click to call buttons was the first step, but these far more intelligent service platforms from SitoFono and ifByPhone are game changing for how business will work in the future.
