You are correct that the model didn't work. They overbuilt the infrastructure. What they should have done is built a lower cost, scalable model that can be upgraded as load increased. this way they didn't waste tens of millions of dollars. We posted a better model on our website, www.triadwireless.net that makes the system affordable for everyone and should be profitable, even in smaller areas.
