    Xohm Hype Begins

In a video style that reminds me of the Helio launch style of "tell us what the future is" Xohm has begun their branding campaign around the Wimax From Sprint theme.

The problem with these kinds of "what the future will be like" campaigns is that you better deliver on your promises. Sprint has a record of talking big, then pulling up short--do you remember ION? I do. So here's hoping this time around they actually deliver on the future, in the future.

Alec Saunders' recap of his Wimax experience in Canada this weekend may shed some light on what the real world experience is today when it comes to 4G.
