Here's a welcome hand and some link love towards friend and client Jim Heising of Telephony2 for the debut of their new blog.

T2 as we call them around my agency has one of the sweetest small office VoIP solutions out there called "Call Butler." It runs on a Windows PC and provides all the functions one needs to have a PBX in house but at the fraction of the cost.

In many ways I often tell Jim and his team how CallButler is to our era what the AT&T Merlin was in the 80s. All the functionality most SOHO and Small Businesses need is packed inside the software that then uses Microsoft dot.Net to run and manage the calls and dozens of needed features, all in a very well thought out manner.
