IntelePeer Releases White Paper on VoIP Interconnectivity
A very well written white paper on the subject of VoIP Interconnectivity has been written by client IntelePeer (formerly VoeX) is available for free from Fierce Markets. The paper addresses eNum and the disparate state of the VoIP Islands in an easy to read manner.

To elaborate a bit as one of the authors of our white Paper series, I'd recommend reading this document for folks interested in the interworking between PSTN and IP networks using ENUM to support voice peering. We work with a number of other folks to help make this happen, including our colleagues at NetNumber, Nominum, NeuStar, VeriSign, XConnect, VPF/Stealth Communications, and our partner in the SPIDER Registry LLC, Arbinet. We look forward to seeing folks at CompTel, Internet2 and VON in October!
