SunRocket Down and Out for Now

Om has a post about SunRocket shutting down as of today.

A statement from their wind up firm Sherwood Associates is expected this afternoon, based on a call I've had with them already. The biggest question I have is "what happens to the phone number." I've posed that and am hoping they address that in their prepared statement.

The other issue about the liability created by prepayment is another, but more murkier issue. Legal opinions are welcome.
