    Vonage hasn't been quiet -- they have been making their customers angry with an insanely stupid marketing mistake.

    Vonage is harvesting names from their refer-a-friend program for spam.

    well, Looks like they had another announcement yesterday (6/21). Overall, I agree with your gut feeling. With a market cap of under $500 million and some debt, along with my thinking that there's more upside potential for VG, I wouldn't be surprised of an acquisition.
