I had a chance to see a beta version of Skype on the Nokia N800 yesterday in New York City before my flight. I promised to keep it under wraps until the Digital Experience happened.
It looks like Skype and seems to function like Skype. Only thing I noticed that seemed to be different is the lack of video.

Only thing I noticed that seemed to be different is the lack of video.
It should be noted that lack of video is the standard for Skype on Linux. Hopefully Skype for the N800 will make Skype take Linux more seriously.
