Cisco Brings Push To Talk To VoIP

Cisco has taken the market proven idea of Push To Talk (PTT) and married it with VoIP.

Its real value is the ability for anyone to reach anyone on their phone network the same way an intercom worked in days of old.

This also means that the annoying Nextel like BEEPS can now be heard in executive suites, thus creating a whole new market for ringtones and ringback tones that are more appropriate.
