If you want to cut down on hardware bloat the new Alcatel mobile phone may be one answer.
Featuring a USB web cam, the new phone can likely be used, once tested, with Skype and SightSpeed. This is perfect as laptops become smaller and don't all have the built in web cams like MacBooks do.
