    Is Yahoo All Jammed Up?

Pal Brad Garlinghouse had an internal memo about reorganization get leaked out to the Wall Street Journal.

Tabbed the Peanut Butter Manifesto, Garlinghouse has basically called Yahoo one big disfunction in action. Citing duplication of effort and a evenly spread approach to doing things, the memo, which he authored for internal consumption to address the lethargy in Sunnyvale could not have come at a better time.

With AOL making changes at the top, Microsoft making a huge effort around it's Vista and Live offerings and Google just eating all of them for lunch, the bold and brash Garlinghouse has put forth a rallying cry to shake up Yahoo and more importantly make them a more competitive force in the Internet. It is a must, must read.
