New Version of Nokia N80 Coming, Maybe With VoIP

I'm jazzed about this new version of the Nokia N80 for a few reasons. First when Jeff Pulver bought one in Stockholm he was showing it off. Jeff likes photos and he felt it was the right one for that purpose, but it didn't do VoIP like the shiny new E61 we all ran around town buying up, which does (well at least outbound calls work!)

Well the new version of the N80 is due out, and it's much more Internet (read WiFi) friendly and will possibly do VoIP. I'm excited as it's going to be one of the new phones in this falls Nokia Blogger Relations Program I have the good fortune of directing.

The N80, along with the N93 and the N73 are in the line up, and that means more new gadgets for Tom Keating to have to play with so the rest of us can blog about VoIP.

awesome! i am looking forward to trying out the N93! Must finish N91 review first. I think the N93 + ShoZu (please cognima make it work over Wifi and remove the 4MB restriction for WiFi) + blip.tv is a killer portable videoblogging solution
