SixApart's Live Journal and GizmoProject In A Deal

I was tipped off last night that Gizmo Project is doing a white label deal with SixApart that will allow users of Live Journal to contact their "friends" via IM and Voice using Gizmo..

Good stuff.

This move takes VoIP and Presence to another level blending it in with blogging. In my estimation, it's all a precursor to a more elaborate, but simpler user interface using AJAX programming that will enable users to make use of tools like Gizmo Project without having to install software. Michael Robertson's head has always been in the cloud, and hearing this move further underscores the move in that direction.
