When you add in the Yahoo Plug In effort, but realize that VoIP plug ins right now are a no-go, no-no (I say for now), one has to question how a companies trying to productize federation will make it with the likes of Yahoo and Microsoft playing nice. Microsoft already has their feet in the doors of corporate America. Yahoo has people outside the walls and now has gotten inside. Once Microsoft cuts deals with likes of Nortel, Mitel and Cisco, the playing field for the companies that want to play in the Federation space gets really tight.
