Tom has the jump on what looks to be a real dual mode phone that will also be coming out using Windows Mobile 5.0.
I've also seen some notes floating around that there is a Swiss company due out with something similar. The problem remains carrier's allowing (or not) allowing access to the HLR to make these really work.
