It's becoming clear to me that the MSO's are winning the war for attracting VoIP customers. This report from SandVine indicates that, and a few other things, like Vonage not really gaining any traction outside the USA.
At the same time, Yankee Group has released a projection that shows VoIP will continue to grow saying the big growth will come in the hosted VoIP sector.
