New Gizmo For PC Out Possible Bug Sighting

I've been using Gizmo Project a lot lately. Even more than Skype. I've got Helene using it so she can talk to her office on the days we're traveling and holed up in Hotels. My new employee Brooke uses it to talk to me when I'm on the road. i talk to clients, like Alec with it. I see Om added it so I guess we'll try it out.

One bug though I found yesterday and got some feedback from neighbor and head Gizmo Michael Robertson is that for some reason the new update on the PC means those on the Mac platform don't see the PC Gizmo users, and vice versa. How do I know? Well yesterday I could see Brooke (on a Mac). Not see Helene (on a PC) and I could not see Alec (on a PC). Alec could not see me nor Brooke, but Brooke could see me.

Robertson, was on, but I could not see him either. he did of course get my Gizmo voice mail message and replied that his team will be looking into it, thinking it was a registration issue.

Update: The great support folks at Gizmo led by CLAW tell me it's their jabber server that's doing the deed. A fix is in the works.
