Gizmo's Leader On The Case

Michael Robertson takes his business seriously. After leaving him a Voice Mail message yesterday he and his team have been nothing less than forthright and working to find and fix the bug I reported. Tonight I received a nice note from Michael:

Andy,

Thanks for pointing out the issue you were experiencing with presence

not showing up between Gizmo Project users. We have diagnosed the problem.

We were doing some work to test the Google federation for IM and

apparently this corrupted roster accounts for certain users which made

others appear offline incorrectly. We have resolved this. Please let me

know if you see any more issues!
