Vonage The Globe Sued by SprintNextel

In a late breaking bulletin, SprintNextel has announced a patent infringement suit against Vonage and TheGlobe for VoiceGlo.

Sprint alleges that the two entities willfully infringed seven patents relating to voice over packet technology developed by Sprint Nextel.

Vonage and TheGlobe have yet to respond.

This announcement comes right ahead of VoiceGlo saying they have five million downloads. Well at least Sprint knows what to bill them.
