"The enemy of my enemy is my friend" is a trend I'm seeing more and more around Internet based business efforts. Last week it was Yahoo and MSN joining together to defend against the moves of Google and eBay/Skype.
Now I see Nokia making moves in the WiMax space, the next sector for the wireless wars. I can envision Nokia and Intel working together because both share a common enemy in Qualcomm (which is making nice to WiFi these days with 802.11n support I'm hearing).
The idea of a relationship between Intel and Nokia makes so much sense. Both are in a battle with Qualcomm's CDMA, annd even though Nokia uses some CDMA technology, GSM is their bread and butter. Moving into WiMax is a logical move for the Finnish giant in my book.
