    Vonage Gets FCC Free Pass

    USA Today is reporting that Vonage got a "free pass" on regulation by states from the FCC. The question is, does this apply to everyone else in the VoIP game?

    Om has some very nice things to say about Michael Powell and has done his usual super fine job of getting to the meat of the matter.
