South Africa has been one of the coutries that has been fighting the arrival of VoIP for many years. While the country has a very advanced wireless community, the incumbents have been keeping PSTN rather closed off.
Well, times are changing. Smart business executives are bringing VoIP to the bottom of the dark continent and that means another part of the world keeps becoming more VoIP oriented.
