    please help i have your service and i am getting pissed for the past month i get ghost call about a half of an ring i have called and i am being told that they are working on it
    after almost 20 working days later they are still working on it do i get some kind of credit or am i suppose to pay for problems too

    Being a '''Card Carrying Cognigen Agent'', from day one with Kevin Anderson and Cognigen, I beleive I am ''qualified'' to comment on this Cognigen news! You are probably WAY too high---maybe 1% are truly ACTIVE so maybe a 1500 NEW Box Sales for Packet8 in next 60 days but still, its 1500 NEW Box Sells--------VOIP wont ramp imho till Comcast and COX say its ""TIME TO RAMP""
