Skype is getting more interesting with their ongoing series of announcements. The idea of crossing Skype with PSTN handsets that connect to broadband is very interesting. It is not that far different than what Popular Telephony is doing either.

Well, the difference between Skype and Popular Telephony is in the region of 38 million downloads today (the number of Skype downloads).
Popular Telephony have definitely an interesting story but until they lose their virginity and finally release something usable they are nothing but hype.
