According to Vonage spokesperson Mitchell "Mad Dog" Slepian Vonage is more concerned about QWEST and Verizon than others.
I think Vonage needs to watch out for AT&T and a few others. Possibly Webley, who has a killer SIP based product about to roll out. I've been using it off an on on the last few weeks, and it's a real wow.

I have had vonage for about 8 months now. Their customer service sucks.I cant imagine they will be able to survive in the market long with this kind of service. I dont have problem with their local call quality , but their international call quality is really bad. I complained several times but they could not fix it. I am finally switching to POTS and calling cards.
